These terms govern your use of hshiftworks.com (the “Site”), operated by H:Shift Works (“we”, “us”), a sole proprietorship based in Tokyo, Japan.
These terms cover the Site itself. They do not govern our commercial relationships, which fall into two separate categories:
Client services — web direction, project management, web development, and other commissioned work are governed by the individual contract agreed with each client.
Digital products — website templates and related files are governed by the product licence supplied with each product and by the terms of Polar Software, Inc., which acts as the merchant of record for purchases.
Where those documents conflict with these terms, those documents take precedence for matters within their scope.
2. Content on this Site
Text, images, layout, and code on the Site are owned by us or used with permission. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or republish them without our written consent.
3. Accuracy
We take care to keep the Site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors or that it will be available without interruption. Information on the Site is provided for general reference and is not professional advice.
4. External links
The Site may link to third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
