1. About this licence
This licence applies to CMS Data Relay (the “Plugin”), a Framer plugin made by H:Shift Works (“we”, “us”), a sole proprietorship based in Tokyo, Japan. It covers both the free version and CMS Data Relay Pro (“Pro”). By installing or using the Plugin, you agree to this licence. Framer’s own terms for the Framer Marketplace also apply. Purchases of Pro are processed by Polar Software, Inc. as the merchant of record, and Polar’s terms apply to your purchase.
2. What you may do
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Plugin in your own Framer projects and in projects you build for clients.
A Pro licence key is for one person. You may activate it on up to 3 devices that you use. To use it on another device, deactivate it on one of the others first.
3. What you may not do
- Share, publish, sell, or give away your licence key
- Copy, redistribute, or resell the Plugin or its code
- Bypass or interfere with the licence check
- Reverse engineer the Plugin, except where the law allows it regardless of this licence
4. Your content
You keep all rights to the content you import, export, or sync. The Plugin processes it only in your browser and in Framer, and we never receive it. You are responsible for having the right to use that content, and for keeping your own backups. Before large changes, we recommend exporting your collections first. Framer’s undo (Cmd+Z) can reverse an apply right after it runs.
5. Framer and other services
The Plugin depends on Framer and, for Pro, on Polar’s licence service. We do not control these services. If they change, parts of the Plugin may stop working until we release an update. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the Plugin working, but we cannot guarantee it.
6. Updates and support
Pro is a one-time purchase. Updates to the Plugin are included at no extra cost for as long as we offer it. We provide support through the contact form on a best-effort basis. See the guide for how the Plugin works.
7. No warranty
To the extent permitted by law, the Plugin is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose and freedom from errors.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Plugin. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Pro. These limits do not apply to loss caused by our intent or gross negligence, or to liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Ending this licence
This licence ends if you breach it. If a purchase is refunded or reversed, the Pro licence key is revoked, and the Plugin returns to the free version.
10. Refunds and your statutory rights
Refunds follow our Refund Policy. Nothing in this licence limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country.
11. Changes
We may update this licence. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. The version in effect when you use the Plugin applies.
12. Governing law
This licence is governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any dispute arising from it.

1. 本ライセンスについて
本ライセンスは、東京都に所在する個人事業 H:Shift Works（以下「当方」）が提供する Framer プラグイン CMS Data Relay（以下「本プラグイン」）に適用されます。無料版と CMS Data Relay Pro（以下「Pro」）の両方が対象です。本プラグインをインストールまたは利用することにより、本ライセンスに同意したものとみなします。Framer Marketplace に関する Framer の規約も適用されます。Pro の購入手続きはmerchant of record（記録上の販売者）であるPolar Software, Inc.が処理し、ご購入には Polar の規約が適用されます。
2. できること
当方は、お客様ご自身の Framer プロジェクト、およびお客様がクライアントのために制作するプロジェクトにおいて本プラグインを利用するための、非独占的かつ譲渡不能な権利を許諾します。
Pro のライセンスキーは1名のお客様のためのものです。お客様が使用する3台までの端末で有効化できます。別の端末で使用する場合は、先にいずれかの端末で無効化してください。
3. 禁止事項
- ライセンスキーを共有、公開、販売、または譲渡すること
- 本プラグインまたはそのコードを複製、再配布、または再販売すること
- ライセンスの確認を回避し、または妨げること
- 本プラグインをリバースエンジニアリングすること（本ライセンスにかかわらず法令で認められる場合を除きます）
4. お客様のコンテンツ
お客様が取り込み、書き出し、または同期するコンテンツに関する権利は、すべてお客様に帰属します。本プラグインはこれをお客様のブラウザと Framer の中だけで処理し、当方がこれを受け取ることはありません。当該コンテンツを利用する権利の確保と、バックアップの保持は、お客様の責任となります。大きな変更を行う前には、コレクションを書き出しておくことをお勧めします。反映の直後であれば、Framer の取り消し（Cmd+Z）で元に戻せます。
5. Framer その他のサービス
本プラグインは Framer、および Pro については Polar のライセンスサービスに依存しています。当方はこれらのサービスを管理していません。これらのサービスが変更された場合、当方が更新版を提供するまで本プラグインの一部が動作しなくなることがあります。当方は本プラグインが動作し続けるよう合理的な努力を行いますが、これを保証するものではありません。
6. 更新とサポート
Pro は買い切りです。本プラグインの更新は、当方が本プラグインを提供している間、追加料金なしでご利用いただけます。サポートは本サイトのお問い合わせフォームにて、可能な範囲で提供します。本プラグインの使い方はガイドをご覧ください。
7. 無保証
法令で認められる範囲において、本プラグインは現状のまま提供され、特定の目的への適合性や誤りがないことを含め、いかなる保証もいたしません。
8. 責任の制限
法令で認められる範囲において、当方は、本プラグインの利用から生じた間接的または派生的な損害、データや利益の損失について責任を負いません。当方が負う責任の総額は、お客様が Pro に支払った金額を上限とします。ただし、当方の故意または重大な過失による損害、および法令上制限できない責任については、この限りではありません。
9. ライセンスの終了
お客様が本ライセンスに違反した場合、本ライセンスは終了します。購入が返金または取り消しとなった場合、Pro のライセンスキーは無効となり、本プラグインは無料版に戻ります。
10. 返金と法令上の権利
返金については返金ポリシーに従います。本ライセンスは、お客様の居住国の強行法規により与えられた消費者としての権利を制限するものではありません。
11. 変更
当方は本ライセンスを変更することがあります。その場合は、本ページ冒頭の発効日を更新します。お客様が本プラグインを利用する時点で有効な版が適用されます。
12. 準拠法
本ライセンスは日本法に準拠します。本ライセンスに関して生じる紛争については、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
