1. Who we are

H:Shift Works is a sole proprietorship based in Tokyo, Japan, operating hshiftworks.com. To reach us, please use the contact form on this site.

2. What we collect

When you use the contact form — your name, your email address, and the content of your message. You provide these; we do not collect them in any other way.

When you visit the site — standard server access data (IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamp), retained by our hosting provider for security and reliability.

This site sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure aggregate traffic. It uses no cookies and no local storage, and it does not track you across visits or across sites — it does not build a profile of you from your IP address or browser. We run no advertising trackers. Fonts are self-hosted, so loading this site does not send a request to a third-party font provider.

3. Who processes data on our behalf

Purchases are handled entirely by Polar. We never receive or store your full payment card details. Polar’s privacy policy governs the data you provide during checkout.

4. Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry
• To provide customer support for products you have purchased
• To keep the site secure and operational
• To meet our legal and accounting obligations

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

5. How long we keep it

• Contact form messages: deleted from our form provider’s servers after 7 days; the resulting email in our own inbox is kept for up to 3 years from the last correspondence
• Server access logs: as retained by our hosting provider, typically short-term
• Records related to purchases: as required by Japanese tax law (7 years)

6. We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data. We share it only with the processors listed in section 3, or where required by law.

7. Your rights

You may ask us to disclose, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop using it. Send your request through the contact form. We will respond without undue delay.

Depending on where you live, you may also have rights under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, or similar laws. We honour those requests regardless of your location.

8. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.

2. 取得する情報

お問い合わせフォームをご利用の場合 — お名前、メールアドレス、お問い合わせ内容。これらはお客様にご入力いただくものであり、当方が他の方法で取得することはありません。

サイトをご覧いただいた場合 — 一般的なサーバーアクセス情報（IPアドレス、ブラウザの種類、閲覧ページ、日時）。セキュリティと安定運用のため、ホスティング事業者において保持されます。

本サイトはCookieを一切発行せず、お客様の端末に何も保存しません。アクセス状況の把握にはCloudflare Web Analyticsを利用しています。同サービスはCookieもローカルストレージも使用せず、訪問をまたいだ追跡や他サイトをまたいだ追跡を行いません（IPアドレスやブラウザの情報からお客様のプロファイルを作成することもありません）。広告のトラッカーは設置していません。フォントはセルフホストしているため、本サイトの閲覧により第三者のフォント提供事業者へリクエストが送信されることはありません。

3. 委託先

購入手続きはすべてPolarが行います。当方がお客様のクレジットカード情報の全体を受領・保管することはありません。決済時にご入力いただく情報にはPolarのプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。

4. 利用目的

• お問い合わせへの返信
• ご購入いただいた商品に関するサポートの提供
• サイトの安全な運用
• 法令および会計上の義務の履行

自動的な意思決定やプロファイリングには利用しません。

5. 保管期間

• お問い合わせ内容：送信基盤（Web3Forms）では7日で自動削除。当方の受信箱に残るメールは、最後のやり取りから3年を上限として保管
• サーバーアクセスログ：ホスティング事業者の保持期間に準じ、通常は短期間
• 購入に関する記録：日本の税法上必要な期間（7年）

6. 第三者への販売はしません

個人情報を販売・貸与・交換することはありません。第3項に記載した委託先、および法令上必要な場合を除き、第三者に提供いたしません。

7. お客様の権利

当方が保有するお客様の個人情報について、開示・訂正・削除・利用停止をご請求いただけます。本サイトのお問い合わせフォームよりご連絡ください。遅滞なく対応いたします。

お住まいの地域によっては、GDPR、UK GDPR等に基づく権利を有する場合があります。当方は所在地にかかわらず、これらのご請求に対応します。

8. 変更

本ポリシーを変更する場合は、本ページ冒頭の発効日を更新します。
