1. Scope — please read this first
This policy applies only to digital products (website templates and related files) that you buy from us through Polar.
It does not apply to client services. Web direction, project management, web development, and any other commissioned work are governed by the individual contract agreed with each client, including its own acceptance and payment terms. Nothing in this policy alters those contracts.
2. What we sell as digital products
H:Shift Works (“we”) sells website templates and related digital files. These products are delivered digitally and can be used immediately after purchase.
3. Who processes your payment
Purchases of digital products are processed by Polar Software, Inc., which acts as the merchant of record: Polar, not H:Shift Works, is the seller for the transaction, handles payment processing, and remits applicable taxes.
Refunds, when granted, are issued by Polar to the original payment method. Polar’s own terms also apply to your purchase.
4. Our position on refunds
Because these products are digital and are delivered in full at the moment of purchase, we do not offer refunds once a product has been delivered. Once you receive access, you have everything the product contains.
We would rather fix a problem than take your money and disappear. If something does not work, tell us — see section 6.
5. When we do issue a refund
We will refund you in these cases:
- You were charged more than once for the same product
- The product could not be delivered to you for a technical reason on our side
- The product is materially different from what the product page described
- You have not yet received or accessed the product
Contact us within 14 days of purchase for the fastest resolution.
6. Support
If a product does not behave as expected, use the contact form and include:
- your order number or the email address used at checkout
- what you expected to happen
- what actually happened
Most issues are setup questions that we can resolve directly.
7. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country. Where such law gives you a right to cancel or a right to a refund, that law takes precedence over this policy.

本ポリシーは、Polar を通じてご購入いただいたデジタル商品（Webサイトテンプレートおよび関連ファイル）にのみ適用されます。
受託業務には適用されません。Webディレクション、プロジェクトマネジメント、Web制作その他の受託業務については、クライアントごとに締結する個別契約（検収条件および支払条件を含む）が適用されます。本ポリシーがそれらの契約を変更することはありません。
2. デジタル商品として販売するもの
H:Shift Works（以下「当方」）は、Webサイトテンプレートおよび関連するデジタルファイルを販売します。これらの商品はデジタルで提供され、購入後ただちにご利用いただけます。
3. 決済の処理者
デジタル商品の購入手続きはPolar Software, Inc.が処理します。同社がmerchant of record（記録上の販売者）であり、当方ではなく同社が取引上の売主として、決済の処理および該当する税の納付を行います。
返金が認められる場合、返金はPolarから購入時の決済手段に対して行われます。ご購入にはPolarの規約も適用されます。
4. 返金に関する当方の方針
これらの商品はデジタルであり、購入時点で全内容が提供されるため、商品の提供後の返金には応じておりません。アクセス権をお受け取りいただいた時点で、商品に含まれるすべてが手元に渡っています。
当方は、代金を受け取って姿を消すよりも、問題を解決したいと考えています。うまく動作しない場合は、まずご連絡ください（第6項）。
5. 返金に応じる場合
以下の場合には返金いたします。
- 同一商品について重複して課金された場合
- 当方側の技術的な理由により商品を提供できなかった場合
- 商品が、商品ページの記載と著しく異なる場合
- 商品をまだ受け取っていない、またはアクセスしていない場合
ご購入から14日以内にご連絡いただくと、最も速やかに対応できます。
6. サポート
商品が想定どおりに動作しない場合は、本サイトのお問い合わせフォームより、以下を添えてご連絡ください。
- 注文番号、または購入時にご利用のメールアドレス
- 期待していた動作
- 実際に起きたこと
多くの場合、設定に関するご質問であり、その場で解決できます。
7. 法令上の権利
本ポリシーは、お客様の居住国の強行法規により与えられた消費者としての権利を制限するものではありません。当該法令が解除権または返金請求権を認める場合、その法令が本ポリシーに優先します。
